Shuttle buses run every 30 minutes between Incheon International Airport and Hotel West Tower. From Terminal 1, buses depart from Gate 3C on the 1F Arrival Hall between 5:35 AM and 10:05 PM, and from Terminal 2, they depart from Gate 4A on the 1F Arrival Hall between 6:10 AM and 10:40 PM. From the hotel, buses to Terminal 1 run from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and to Terminal 2 from 5:40 AM to 10:10 PM.

There is a complimentary airport shuttle bus that operates daily every 10 minutes from 5:00 AM–11:30 PM. The shuttle bus stop is at Gate 3 & 12 for Terminal 1 and Gate 5 for Terminal 2, both on the 3/F Departure Hall.
